One Day Clinics

You're not a goalie, you're a brick wall!

First time goalie or seasoned veteran, our one day clinics are perfect for everyone. Peak Goalie Clinics are designed to bring your game to the next competitive level. Here is what you get:

  • 10 different skill stations; small groups with top notch coaches
  • Q&A with college coaches, goalies and Team USA members
  • Small groups by age and ability
  • Super low coach to player ration; just 4:1 max.
  • Youth and High School coaches may attend for free to learn how to coach your own goalies

Peak Goalie Preseason Clinics in 2017

The Peak Pre Season goalie clinics are designed to prepare you for your seasons in every fashion. The goal is to get your game to the next level, be a part of the long tradition of Peak Goalies that bring their game to the highest level in the game of lacrosse.

  • 9:45-10:05 Throwing &clearing fundamentals
  • 10:05-10:20 Ready position presentation
  • 10:20-10:50 Goalies to cages for warm-ups (focus on ready position)
  • 10:50-11:00 Step body balance presentation
  • 11:00-11:10 Step body balance 2-man drill
  • 11:10-11:40 Goalies to cages for step body balance work
  • 11:40-11:50 Arc and angle presentation
  • 11:50-12:20 Goalies to cages for arc and angle work (Use string)
  • 12:20-12:30 Ball behind presentation
  • 12:30-1:00 Goalies to cages for ball behind work (goalies that are not in can feed from behind)
  • 1:00-1:15 Goalies stay at cage for player’s choice
  • Closing remarks
